To equip learners with the knowledge, skill and competency to
achieve a QQI Level 5 in Safety and Health at Work 5N1794. Our trainers are
highly qualified with a vast background of experience, are educated to degree
level and hold a training qualification. There will be a particular emphasis on the
learner maintaining safety and health in a work environment. They should be able to
identify challenges and be able to comfortably solve them, both independently
and within a group. Progression for successful learners will be to other
programmes leading to other certificates where this component is mandatory or
an elective requirement. |

- Accident investigation and reporting to include causes, prevention emergency procedures, reporting and record

- Fire hazards, their source and the
requirement for the fire prevention
